Turmeric has been valued for its medicinal properties for centuries and is a common spice used on the Japanese island of Okinawa, where people have one of the world’s longest average life spans: 81.2 years. However, in the Western world, it has not been very well known or consumed until recently. Many people still know little about the benefits of this spice or how to incorporate it into their diet. Golden turmeric milk is the perfect way to add turmeric more into your diet. Even individuals who may not care for the taste of turmeric often still enjoy golden turmeric milk.
